Who operates this site
This is a personal, pre-launch portfolio maintained by Alan under the working name aerien. aerien is not currently a registered company, and this website does not accept paid engagements or payments.
A working direct contact channel has not yet been configured. It will be published before enquiries or other direct collection of personal information are enabled. The local draft tool cannot deliver a privacy request to the operator.
Your draft stays with you
The idea form works in your browser. It does not submit your name, email or note to aerien, a CRM, an AI service, or an email provider. Name and email are optional. A draft is held in the current page’s memory; you can clear it, or download a text file to your device. Clearing the page does not delete a file you have downloaded or information your browser independently saves.
The terminal is a local guide with a fixed list of commands. It does not run system commands, connect you to a server shell, or send what you type to an AI model. Avoid entering credentials, confidential business information, or other sensitive data in either tool.
Information used to deliver and protect the site
Opening any website shares technical information with its hosting and delivery providers. For this site, that may include your IP address, requested address, browser details, request time, and security signals. Hosting is provided through OpenAI’s Sites service, with Cloudflare infrastructure for delivery and security. Technical information may be processed outside the UAE.
This information is used to serve pages, protect the site from abuse and diagnose delivery problems. The operator does not use it for advertising, visitor profiling, or marketing. Provider retention periods, processing locations and contractual data-protection arrangements have not yet been confirmed for this pre-launch site; these must be assessed before direct personal-data collection begins.

Cookies and browser storage
The site code does not set analytics or advertising cookies, use tracking pixels, load third-party fonts, or store drafts in cookies, local storage or session storage. The opening animation remembers that it has played only in the current page’s running memory; reloading the page can replay it.

See Cloudflare’s security-cookie documentation. There are currently no optional analytics or marketing cookies to accept. No “accept all” choice is shown. Optional tracking will not be added without a separate review and any consent controls required for it.
Your choices and rights
You can clear the form, avoid downloading a draft, and use your browser’s controls to inspect or delete cookies and site data. Blocking security cookies can affect access. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to information, access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and to raise a concern with the relevant data-protection authority. The direct request channel and applicable operator details must be completed before commercial launch.

Following an external link takes you to a separate service with its own privacy practices. This notice will be updated if the site’s operator, contact details, data collection or providers change.
